The Support Track is a private-pay support option designed for clients who benefit from consistent weekly sessions and additional accountability between appointments.

No. Focused sessions and intensives are designed as short-term, self-pay services and are not billed to insurance.
An ADHD assessment may be helpful if you’ve experienced long-term difficulties with attention, organization, follow-through, or emotional regulation and want diagnostic clarity or documentation.
